When equipment breaks, the wait is the real problem - weeks without the tool you read, work or study with. So we run our own workshop rather than shipping everything back to the manufacturer.

Send your device in and we'll assess it within five working days and quote you before any work starts. No surprise invoices, and no repair goes ahead without your go-ahead. Where we can, we'll lend you a unit while yours is with us.
